Owner and President of Fite's Professional
Services, a training and consulting business located in Landis,
North Carolina approximately 30 miles north of Charlotte. He
brings over 30 years experience in the fields of quality and process
improvement to both large manufacturing operations and small
business environments. His qualifications include
a Bachelor of Science in Quality Engineering, Certifications
including Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Six Sigma Black
Belt, Certified Facilitator Instructor, Statistical Process
Control instructor, Expert OJT instructor, Certified Achieve
Global instructor and Certified Project Manager.
In addition, he actively serves as an
instructor for several community colleges and also
teaches middle school computer technology & proficiency.
Fite's Professional Services is a registered Microsoft
Partner.
Ronald also holds the position of
co-president of the International Lean Association (ILA), member of
the International Quality Federation, member of the Cabarrus
Regional Chamber of Commerce and Mooresville South Iredell Chamber
of Commerce. Previously, he has worked as a corporate level
Process/Quality Engineer in large manufacturing operations, held the
position of Quality Manager for a multi-plant manufacturing company
and served as a lead consultant.
